Yo suelo preparar así las cariocas, abiertas y enteras pero no tengo lechuzas que me las vigilen para que no escapen, que por cierto, has usado dos. Yo también ando muy liada y me resulta muy dificil a veces estar al día.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;B&gt;Marga&lt;/B&gt; vas a conseguir que Fermín me coja una manía tremenda...supongo que no es lo mismo cocinar para 4 que para 400. &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;B&gt;Bárbara&lt;/B&gt; incluso si lo congelas, como llega tan fresco, no pierde ningun sabor y apenas se nota que fué congelado.&lt;BR/&gt;Siento que te encontraras el plato vacío &lt;B&gt;Pedro&lt;/B&gt;. La próxima vez me avisas con tiempo y te guardo una racióncilla.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;B&gt;Adi&lt;/B&gt; por eso siempre pienso la suerte que tengo de vivir dónde vivo.
